Returns Policy

We will accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer (with the exception of promotional periods/festive holidays).

For a return to be made, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed.

All items are inspected on return.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.
