We will start the evening off with a full hour of Pilates & relaxation. In this session we will begin to move our body fluidly whilst strengthening our core, lengthening and balancing our body, toning and sculpting, taking time to focus on your form. As the class continues we will start to focus on releasing muscle pain, tension and mental stress to feel rejuvenated, relaxed and aligned, taking a moment on our mat to feel present.

Post class you’ll get to connect with others, enjoy some bubbles, not forgetting your tote bag & Pilates socks
